Job Application Notification Process:

When a job application is submitted, you will receive notifications through multiple channels to ensure you are promptly informed:

      1. Email Notification: You will receive an email alert with the details of the new job application.
       
      
      2. Wall Feed Update: A notification will appear in the Wall Feed, keeping you updated on recent activities.
        

      3. Dashboard Update: Your Dashboard will reflect the new application in your recent activities, providing easy access to review and manage the application.
       

These notifications are designed to help you stay organised and respond quickly to job applications.

Manage Job Application

      1. Review your job applications received from Job Postings > Job Applications
             

      2. Click on the applicant’s name to view their profile. Here you may export their resume, take internal notes, and send them a message
      3. Update the job application & access the applicant’s cover letter at the ‘Action’ column. Click on the ‘Gear Icon’ > ‘Update Status’
      

      4. Keep the candidate notified by updating the status periodically
      
        

      5. For ‘Interview Request’ status, you will be able to specify the interview details and send the invitation to the applicant on the portal
