Manage Job Application
1. Review your job applications received from Job Postings > Job Applications
2. Click on the applicant’s name to view their profile. Here you may export their resume, take internal notes, and send them a message
3. Update the job application & access the applicant’s cover letter at the ‘Action’ column. Click on the ‘Gear Icon’ > ‘Update Status’
4. Keep the candidate notified by updating the status periodically
5. For ‘Interview Request’ status, you will be able to specify the interview details and send the invitation to the applicant on the portal
