Job Postings

Manage Job

  1. Jobs that you have submitted to the site admin has been uploaded on your behalf
  2. Review and update (if necessary) your job posting
  3. At this page, you may add (1 at a time) or import (add multiple jobs at a time by downloading an excel template)
      

Review & Update Existing Jobs

  1. Select the job you wish you review from the list > Click on the ‘Gear’ icon
  2. Click ‘Edit’ to edit the job detail(s)
  3. If you wish to only preview the job listing, click on the listing to preview it
       

Edit Job/Add Job (1 at a time)

  1. The fields that are marked * are mandatory fields
  2. The job description, job requirement and additional information text boxes allow you to format your text
  3. You may indicate the number of vacancies available for each job (minimum 1)
  4. While ‘Salary Range Estimate’ is a mandatory field, you may choose to hide the field. Toggle the button ‘Hide Salary’ to change the setting
  5. Click ‘Submit’ to publish your job posting
        

Import Jobs (Add multiple jobs at a time)

  1. Click ‘Import’ on the ‘Manage Jobs’ page
  2. Download the latest Excel template file
  3. Fill up the file with your job postings and save it
  4. Browse for your file
  5. Click on "Submit" button
